Came back from that at Yarmouth to be pipped by a head and nearly 3 lengths clear of rival ‘Level Up’. Unexposed and should strip fitter here from that last run.

Chess Player really improved for this new trip when winning by 21 lengths last time out at Stratford. He is on a 7lbs higher mark today but if finding anywhere near that form again he should comfortably dominate this field today and can gain another clear cut success at this new favoured trip.
